WCX: World Congress Experience
TThe WCX World Congress Experience will meet in Detroit, Michigan. WCX is leading the conversion to near-zero emissions, accidents, and fatalities. Critical industry discussions will take place as the industry forges ahead in these important initiatives. Our HRCS Chairman, Steve Holland (VHM Innovations) will be participating in a Prognostics Panel, and John Van Gilder (Van Gilder Engineering) will present the HRCS Consortium project to address CARB signal flow analysis requirements.

ODB Summit- Europe
The annual On-Board Diagnostics Symposium- Europe will convene in Prague, Czech Republic. This conference is the industry’s relied upon source for regulatory updates and standards review for light-duty and heavy-duty emissions controls. European, North American, and Asian suppliers, regulatory authorities and ground vehicle manufacturers will discuss emissions rules and developments, legislative updates, and new technologies. A presentation will be delivered by HRCS member Concentrio (Matthias Hampel) reviewing the HRCS Consortium project to address CARB requirements to standardize data exchange for signal flow analysis between and within on-vehicle Electronic Control Units (ECUs). Presentations by other HRCS members Van Gilder Engineering (John Van Gilder), Volvo Group (Joakim Pauli), and Toyota (Mort Smith) will also be delivered at this conference.

TMC 23 Spring Meeting
The American Trucking Associations Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC) will hold their annual Spring conference in Orlando, Florida at the Orange County Convention Center. The TMC aims to improve transport equipment, maintenance, and maintenance management. Presentation sessions update attendees on the latest developments in engineering and maintenance practices. A presentation will be given by HRCS Member Morey Corporation (Wally Stegall) delineating the application of IVHM in future truck initiatives.

A presentation will be delivered by HRCS member GarrettMotion (Tim Felke) outlining a proposal by the HRCS Consortium to address CARB requirements to standardize data exchange for signal flow analysis between and within on-vehicle Electronic Control Units (ECUs).

TMC 22 Spring Meeting
The American Trucking Associations Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC) will hold their annual Spring conference in-person. The conference consists of educational sessions to update you on the latest developments in maintenance and cutting-edge technology. A presentation will be delivered by HRCS members GarrettMotion (Tim Felke) and Morey Corporation (Wally Stegall) describing the S5 Task Force’ development of a new Recommended Practice (RP) regarding the use of Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standards (VMRS) codes to harness health ready component capabilities. A separate presentation will be given by Wally Stegall (Morey Corporation) delineating the application of IVHM in future truck initiatives such as autonomous driving, advanced powerplants, and axle and brake/smart trailer projects.
